Interim Tax Accountant Opportunity

Vitae Financial Recruitment Ltd is seeking a talented Tax Accountant to join its team on an interim basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate tax and/or VAT, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all aspects of tax compliance, reporting, and payment
  2. Identify tax-savings opportunities and provide tax forecasting and analysis
  3. Work with advisors in other countries as necessary
  4. Understand the business to identify risks and opportunities
  5. Prepare accounts notes and balance sheet reconciliations
Requirements:
  1. ACA/ACCA/CTA Qualified
  2. Intermediate Excel skills
  3. Minimum of 3 years corporate tax and/or VAT experience
  4. Ability to analyse and improve processes
  5. Effective communication skills and relationship building across Finance and non-Finance
  6. A keen problem solver, can adapt and show initiative
  7. Excellent time management
  8. Positive and proactive attitude
