About The Role

The Ridgeway School and Sixth Form College is seeking a reliable and efficient Site Manager to join our team, managing our Secondary School premises to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance to ensure a safe environment for our staff and students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Have a hands-on approach and can-do attitude.
  • Be flexible in order to accommodate a split shift working pattern to ensure adequate cover at peak periods.
  • Have good numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Have experience of working as a handyperson / caretaker / site manager, ideally in a school or similar environment.
