Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HGV Class 1 Driver to join our team at ProRec Limited. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering goods to customer premises in accordance with customer and site procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out daily vehicle checks as per company works instructions
  • Deliveries at customer premises in accordance with customer and site procedures
  • Off-loading at sites, involving some manual handling in accordance with site operating instructions
  • Long haul HGV driving, with the possibility of night driving
  • Contracted 50 hour working week, with overtime often available and sometimes required
Requirements
  • Must hold an LGV Class 1 C+E License
  • Driver CPC
  • Sound knowledge of Drivers hours and Tachograph regulations
  • Must have experience driving articulated vehicles (new passed drivers are accepted subject to enhanced assessment)
  • Must be committed to providing excellent customer service
  • Reliable, flexible, and honest
