We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Specialist to join our team in Gaydon.

This role is perfect for those who thrive in dynamic environments and have a passion for driving business growth through agile methodologies.

The successful candidate will lead the implementation of agile practices across multiple squads, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient project delivery.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of recognized agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and have experience in facilitating complex projects with diverse teams and global locations.

A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required. Additionally, proficiency in high-quality user stories and the ability to drive towards a satisfactory Minimum Viable Product (MVP) are essential skills.

As an Agile Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Implementing agile principles and best practices across squads
  • Facilitating removal of impediments and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
  • Ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

Estimated Salary: £32 per hour (Inside IR35)

Contract Duration: 4-month initial contract

Location: Hybrid working - Gaydon (2 days pw onsite)
