Job Title: Commercial Cost Manager

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Cost Manager to join our team at A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a challenging role.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position with a salary range of £40-55,000 per annum, including 27 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a generous pension scheme.
  • You will be working in a collaborative environment, collaborating with client and contractor teams to manage the delivery of project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives.
  • Your key responsibilities will include providing accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion in line with budget, as well as proactively monitoring and managing cost variance and contract cash flow.
  • Additionally, you will ensure that final accounts are negotiated and agreed, and provide support to the project team as needed.

Requirements:

  • We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and experience in commercial construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of cost management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, is essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry, is required.
