Job Title: Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated sales professional to join our client's thriving sales team. The ideal candidate will focus on securing qualified appointments, developing sales opportunities, and driving new business.

About the Role:

  • Develop and grow your sales pipeline by introducing the company's range of telecoms products and services to clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong and lasting relationships.
  • Maintain close contact with existing clients to drive retention and identify new opportunities.
  • Use the CRM system to track and provide visibility into new business opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging webinars and on-site demonstrations to potential clients.

  • Ability to understand customer requirements and match them with appropriate telecoms solutions.
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within the telecoms or technology sectors (e.g., Mobile, Hosted Telephony, Connectivity Services, IT, and Managed Services).
  • A passionate, motivated, and results-driven professional who is committed to delivering exceptional service to clients.

  • Meeting and exceeding personal revenue targets and quotas.
  • Generating leads, developing a strong prospect pipeline, and securing new business.
  • Focusing on customer retention and driving margin growth.
