Business Administrator Opportunity at SAM-PPL

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our business operations. As a Business Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating payroll, processing purchase invoices, and managing COUPA. You will also assist the team with eSPM queries and complete ONS surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating payroll and processing payclaims
  • Raising purchase invoices in eSPM and uploading to portals / sending to clients
  • Debt chasing
  • Adding supplier invoices to eSPM
  • Assisting the team with eSPM queries
  • Managing COUPA: receipting purchase orders, increasing purchase orders, requesting purchase orders, setting up new suppliers, managing and placing stationery orders, downloading supplier invoices from portal and sending to COUPA
  • Managing incentives reconciliation (cash/voucher)
  • Completing ONS surveys

Requirements:

  • Well-developed business administration skills
  • A knowledge of sales and purchase invoices
  • A strong attention to detail
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • IT skills; Microsoft Office plus an ability to quickly learn other systems such as eSPM and COUPA
