Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Pharmacist to lead our team in the Aldershot branch.

About the Role: As a reputable and community-oriented pharmacy chain, we are committed to providing the highest standard of care to our patients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving the well-being of individuals in their community, leading and encouraging their colleagues, and working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, oversee a dedicated team of pharmacy staff, dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Requirements: We require a Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and proven experience in a community pharmacy setting with management experience preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong commitment to patient care and safety, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

What We Offer: We offer a competitive salary of £25.00 - £27.00 per hour, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing to 32 days with length of service), GPhC fees paid, performance-related bonus of up to £5000 per year, company pension scheme, private medical insurance, life assurance, and market-leading employee discounts programme.
