About the Role:

Fruition IT is seeking a highly skilled SeniorBackend Engineer - Distributed Systems Expert to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing mission-critical, data-intensive applications using GoLang.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop distributed systems using GoLang, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement microservices-based solutions using modern technologies like AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
  3. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing to ensure the highest quality of software engineering.
  4. Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability by identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficient solutions.

Requirements:

  1. Significant professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend systems.
  2. Proficiency in Go / Golang and proven expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
  3. Experience with end-to-end software engineering, including system design and architecture.
  4. Hands-on experience working on complex, data-intensive applications.
