About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess a Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience, as well as a passion for working with children and helping them achieve their best. They will also demonstrate a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in lesson planning, preparation, and delivery.
  • Providing additional support to students with special educational needs, challenging behavior, or those requiring extra assistance.
  • Contributing to assessing student progress and providing feedback.
