Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a successful school in the March area. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a support role in a school and possess good behaviour management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • DELIVER ENGAGING LESSONS AND PROVIDE A POSITIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT FOR STUDENTS
  • WORK CLOSELY WITH THE CLASS TEACHER TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT EFFECTIVE LESSON PLANS
  • MAINTAIN HIGH STANDARDS OF BEHAVIOUR AND DISCIPLINE DURING LESSONS

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to:

  • HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITHIN A SUPPORT ROLE IN A SCHOOL
  • BE A COMMITTED, HARDWORKING TEAM PLAYER WITH GOOD BEHAVIOUR MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • HOLD A DBS ON THE UPDATE SERVICE OR BE PREPARED TO COMPLETE A NEW DBS CLEARANCE

Salary Information

The salary for this role is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
