Contract Duration: 12 Months
The Green Recruitment Company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our renewable energy project operations in Bedfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our project sites, ensuring the successful delivery of projects with a focus on efficiency, safety, and quality.
About the Role:
In this critical position, you will oversee and manage all site operations, coordinating effectively with subcontractors and site staff to ensure alignment with project goals. You will also be responsible for regularly updating and reporting on project status to senior management and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Site Manager role within the renewable energy sector, particularly in Grid Transmission & Distribution projects.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating staff and managing complex team dynamics.
- Relevant industry certifications, such as SMSTS or NEBOSH, would be advantageous.
