Building Services Technician

We are looking for a highly skilled Building Services Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our buildings, including the performance of routine maintenance tasks and making repairs as needed.
Responsibilities:- Routinely participate in preventative maintenance programs
- Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed
- Take additional maintenance requests as assigned
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or a minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English
