We are seeking an experienced Transformation and Business Development Expert to join our team at SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA. This role is ideal for a skilled professional looking to drive business growth and transformation.

Job Description:

In this role, you will lead and accompany transformation, business development, optimisation, and regulatory projects on behalf of our Global Markets Division. Your main responsibilities will include steering business development, driving transformation, and overseeing operational chains, financials, and risks.

You will work closely with various stakeholders, including Front office, support functions, and Control teams such as GBSU, RISQ, DFIN, CPLE, SEGL, and DGLE. Your mission will involve coordinating transformation, business development, optimisation, and regulatory projects, proposing solutions, monitoring budgets, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and accompany transformation, business development, optimisation, and regulatory projects on behalf of our Global Markets Division.
  • Steer business development of our activities, drive transformation, and oversee operational chains, financials, and risks.
  • C Coordinate transformation, business development, optimisation, and regulatory projects.
  • Propose solutions regarding transformation, business development, optimisation, and regulatory projects.
  • Monitor budgets allocated to your mission(s).
  • Respect timelines agreed for delivering your mission(s).
  • Raise alerts / risks / dependencies concerning the execution of the project led.
Requirements:
  • Good project management and presentation skills.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of financial products and Sales & Trading environment.
  • Autonomy and ability to work independently.
  • Good organisation skills and ability to manage simultaneous missions.
  • Delivery skills and ability to bring pragmatic solutions to clients.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach to show initiative and take ownership.
  • Clear and effective communication and reporting skills.
Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonuses.
