Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with customers via email and phone, collating engineers' reports, generating quotations, and managing the diary to ensure jobs are running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with customers to discuss their needs and preferences
- Collate and analyse engineers' reports to generate accurate quotations
- Work closely with the bookings team to coordinate engineer timings
- Process invoices for completed works
- Manage vehicle maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Office, with a focus on administrative tasks
- Able to multitask and work well under pressure
- Flexible and collaborative approach to working
- Team player with a customer-centric attitude
