Job Title: Merchandising and Personalisation Specialist

Join easyJet holidays, a leading provider of holiday experiences, as a Merchandising and Personalisation Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our websites.

Job Purpose:
  1. Develop and manage personalisation rules to deliver tailored content to customers.
  2. Collaborate with the merchandising team to design and execute promotional campaigns across our websites.
  3. Ensure our website is up-to-date, accurate, and reflects commercial and industry trends.
  4. Help customers navigate our site easily and find relevant holiday options.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage personalisation rules to deliver targeted content.
  2. Support the merchandising team in delivering promotional activities, including promo codes and single-use codes.
  3. Build landing pages to support team goals and stakeholder requirements.
  4. Develop in-depth knowledge of Sitecore, our content management system, and assist the merchandising team.
  5. Use reporting tools to evaluate site performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
What You'll Bring:
  1. Highly organised and skilled in planning.
  2. Understanding of websites and digital merchandising/trading.
  3. Experience creating, editing, and managing content, with a grasp of SEO principles.
  4. Ability to speak French or German (desirable but not essential).

Location and Hours:

This is a full-time role based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport, with a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office at Capability Green.
