As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and administering complex contracts, providing business advice, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee contract solicitations, negotiations, and administration to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and mitigate risks to protect our organization's interests.
  • Liaise with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to manage contract-related issues and maintain strong relationships.
  • Support audits and maintain thorough contract documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contracts management, particularly for major projects or complex agreements.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial/contract models and risk management.
  • Excellent analytical, report writing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Active SC Clearance
