Job SummaryThis role is a vital part of our management team, working closely with the Store Manager to drive team engagement and maximise sales opportunities. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of the store team, creating a positive environment, and leading the team to achieve set goals and targets.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the day-to-day management of the store team to increase sales and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Play a key role in creating a positive environment within the store, ensuring regular involvement in business initiatives and sharing best practice.
- In the Store Manager's absence, proactively lead the team to achieve set goals, expectations, and targets through effective coaching and training.
- Motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional results.
- Regularly walk the floor to ensure store standards are consistently high, providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Previous retail or commercial sales experience, preferably with some experience of store and team management.
- Commercially focused and results-driven, with an aptitude for decision making.
- Highly motivated and experienced at working to performance targets, leading by example to identify sales opportunities and achieve results.
- Strong ability to lead and inspire the team, with excellent communication skills to build rapport and establish great relationships with customers and colleagues.
