Bar Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Bar Personnel to join our team, responsible for preparing high-quality drinks and providing excellent customer service. As a member of our team, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive environment, with opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers
  • Maintaining an effective bar service with an emphasis on high-quality, efficient service
  • Keeping the bar area clean and tidy at all times
  • Having a perfect knowledge of all beverages served in the bar, how to prepare them and how they should be presented
  • Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards)
  • Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
  • Representing Compass UK & Ireland Careers and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations
