About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Integrated Community Team in Hertfordshire. As a member of this team, you will provide high-quality patient care using evidence-based frameworks. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide holistic care to patients living in the community, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective care services.
  • Manage a caseload of patients, prioritizing needs and providing timely interventions.

Requirements

  • RGN qualification or equivalent.
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a car for business use (or disability exemption).
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
