We are seeking a highly skilled Philanthropy Manager to join our team at the Royal Medical Benevolent Fund. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing strategies to grow income from our existing donor database and identify new donors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a legacy and in-memory giving strategy to secure significant gifts for the charity.
- Maintain and update our Charity CRM database to ensure efficient data capture and analysis for effective stewardship, fundraising, and communications.
- Support the administration, planning, and delivery of wider fundraising activities as needed.
- Analyze data, prioritize efforts, and adapt approaches based on feedback and results.
- Desirable experience with CRM databases, event or project management, and an understanding of the medical profession.
