Service Advisor Role

Nisbets is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our Service Department. As a Service Advisor, you will be part of a team providing high-quality after-sales service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and process calls to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Resolve customer issues over the phone, avoiding the need for on-site visits or item collection for repair.
  • Liaise with internal colleagues and Service partners to resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Undertake additional Service activities as requested by the Service Team Leader.
