Job Description

We're seeking a Support Worker to join our team in the Dolgellau/Tywyn area. As a Support Worker with Cera Care, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of vulnerable individuals through dedicated care and support.

About the Role
  • You'll be supporting people with varying needs and abilities, including learning disabilities, complex needs, and mental health conditions.
  • Covering areas include Tywyn and Dolgellau.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: £24,492 per annum basic salary based on working 2 x 24hr shifts, with overtime available for holidays etc.
  • A flexible approach to shift patterns, including part-time (24hr) or full-time (48hr), with some alternate weekend working essential.
  • The opportunity to complete NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Social Care through work-based learning.
  • Eligibility for a Blue Light Card, offering over 30,000 exclusive deals with favourite brands.
  • A mobile phone allowance.
Your Key Responsibilities

You'll assist individuals to live independently in their own homes, promoting safe, healthy, and secure living environments. This includes:

  • Accompanying individuals on holidays and social events.
  • Interacting with families and friends to encourage relationships and social development.

You may also be involved in elements of personal care, but no experience is required as full training will be provided.
