About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as Care Home Clinical Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide Inspirational Leadership: Support the General Manager to operate a compliant and effective person-centred care home.
  2. Medication Management: Ensure that medication policies and procedures are adhered to and support with the reviewing of medication and administration.
  3. Resident Wellbeing: Monitor the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any change impacting on care and care plans.
  4. Quality Assurance: Complete monthly audits, quality indicator report, and any other report as required.
  5. Clinical Meetings: Attend weekly clinical meetings and monitor clinical risk areas in the home.

About You:

To be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do.

Requirements:

  1. Valid PIN: Hold a valid PIN.
  2. Experience: Have a minimum of two years' experience working in a similar care environment in a management position.
  3. Leadership Skills: Have excellent leadership and management skills.
  4. Communication: Have the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and be competent in the use of IT systems.
  5. Care Standards: Possess sound knowledge of the Care Standards Act 2000, the key lines of enquiry, and safeguarding.
  6. Adaptability: Be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
