Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead the development and execution of audit plans to ensure the quality of products and processes.

  • Provide guidance and support to quality teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in a life science or engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a proven track record in pharmaceutical, medical device, or biopharma.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Expert knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate quality risks.
