We are seeking an experienced Product Design Engineer to join our team at WR Engineering. As a Product Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative products for the marine and outdoor living sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop products from concept to production, using 3D CAD and Solidworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets production and testing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain design documentation, including sketches, CAD files, and technical specifications.
  • Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production and delivery of products.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in product design or design engineering, with a relevant degree.
  • Highly proficient in 3D CAD, ideally SolidWorks, and FEA and 3D rendering skills.
  • Competent in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong model making, prototyping, and workshop skills.
  • Good sketching and product styling proficiency.
