Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Applied Clinical/Forensic/Counselling Psychologist to join our Dudley Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHTT). As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work in a fast-paced environment to provide psychological assessments, formulation, care planning, and brief psychological interventions to individuals presenting with acute and urgent care mental health needs.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative service that has successfully launched a pilot in EMDR. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including those with complex mental health difficulties, and to contribute to the development of our team's skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychological assessments, formulation, care planning, and brief psychological interventions to individuals presenting with acute and urgent care mental health needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to clients.
  • Contribute to the development of our team's skills and expertise through participation in reflective practice groups and supervision.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to psychological practice.
