Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist (Band 6)

The Medacs team is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our hospital in West Middlesex. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of patient care.

About You:
We are looking for a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist with a Master's degree in pharmacy and GPhC registration. Previous wards-based experience and a minimum of 2 years' post-graduate experience are essential. Recent NHS experience within the last 3 years and full UK right to work are also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work across various wards, checking prescriptions and ensuring their appropriateness and safety for individual patients.
  • Provide advice on medication dosage and form, participate in ward rounds, and collaborate with medical staff.
  • Discuss treatments with patients, their relatives, community pharmacists, and GPs.

Salary: £21 - £24 per hour
