We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our team on a large-scale industrial development project in the Bristol area. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects from pre-construction to handover.
The project involves the construction of a five-storey steel framed building for a key client, with a budget of over £70 million. The Project Director will be responsible for managing the project team, client liaison, design development, construction methodology, and programme of works.
The ideal candidate will have excellent high-level client, design team, and project team management skills, as well as technical, contractual, and commercial knowledge. They will also have a focus on safety, quality, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
About the Company/Client/Project:The client is a large national main contractor with a turnover in excess of £900 million, with a strong presence in the industrial, commercial, education, and high-spec residential sectors. They have a secure pipeline of work in the Bristol and South West area.
The project is a significant opportunity for the right candidate to demonstrate their skills and experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
Requirements:The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects
