Job Summary

Wood is seeking an experienced Offshore Engineering Manager to lead our energy transition and security projects involving hydrogen, CO2 capture, and offshore wind. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the execution of the engineering portion of a multi-discipline engineering scope of work on one or more projects/work scopes.

Project Diversity Overview

Our team is involved in various projects, including EPC projects, FEED projects, and Front End Consulting projects. These projects offer a range of opportunities for a full lifecycle of engineering experience, including sub contract management, interface management, multi centre execution management and governance, commercial awareness, and use of industry leading tools and systems to ensure data integrity.

Requirements
  • Extensive relevant experience, at least 5 years in leadership positions with direct reports
  • Degree qualified (Engineering)
  • Masters degree preferred
  • Chartered with recognised engineering institution (IMechE, IChemE, IET, ICE). Fellow preferred
