The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and be able to act as a subject matter expert for at-line training. They will also be responsible for resolving operational difficulties and providing technical problem-solving capability to decrease the production of faulty materials.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing own projects and working on others simultaneously
- Acting as subject matter expert for at-line training
- Resolving operational difficulties and providing technical problem-solving capability
- Debottlenecking production to increase run rates and overall production output
The successful candidate will be degree qualified as a minimum in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a similar subject, and have 2+ years of previous industrial experience in a similar role. Any experience in the manufacturing of carbon fibre materials is highly desirable.
