Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Plumbing)

£31,200 per annum

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Norwich on a permanent, full-time basis. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of building maintenance and repair work to our public and private business premises across the area.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining plumbing systems across a range of properties, with the ability to work on their own proficiently and carry out plumbing works without immediate supervision. You will also be able to diagnose and repair leaks, faulty taps, and other plumbing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repair work to plumbing systems, including isolation and repair of taps and drainage
  • Diagnose and repair leaks and other plumbing issues
  • Work collaboratively with specialist trades colleagues to complete complex maintenance tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to internal and external stakeholders
  • Hold a full UK driving licence to meet travel requirements of the role
