Job Description

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  1. Initial engagement with customers to understand their boat monitoring requirements and existing electrical systems.
  2. Designing electrical systems for vessels, including simple DIN-rail mounted equipment and complex cabinet-mounted equipment for new vessels.
  3. Creating detailed electrical drawings and installation instructions for technicians.
  4. Remotely supporting electrical technicians during equipment installation and commissioning.
  5. Providing ongoing support to customers, including troubleshooting problems remotely.
  6. A bonus skill: experience with PLC programming.

This position demands someone who can effectively collaborate with both hardware and software teams, possessing excellent communication skills when interacting with customers.
