Job Title: Chief Financial Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring the company's financial health and stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the management team and board of directors.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial functions of the company, including accounting, treasury, and risk management.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with other departments to identify and pursue strategic business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer or in a similar role, with a strong track record of financial leadership and management.
- Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
