Personal Tax Senior Opportunity

Clark Wood is partnering with a forward-thinking firm of accountants to find a Personal Tax Senior to join their team in Henley-on-Thames.

This essential role involves working closely with clients to provide expert tax advice, develop innovative tax strategies, and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and oversee their tax affairs.
  • Prepare and review personal tax returns and computations.
  • Collaborate with senior staff on technical tax advisory projects.
  • Conduct ad hoc technical research and prepare advisory reports.
  • Address ad hoc tax queries from accounts and audit teams, as well as clients.
  • Provide training to junior team members and manage workflow.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have substantial personal tax experience gained within an accountancy firm and hold qualifications such as CTA, ATT, ACA, or ACCA.
