Job Title: Sales/Marketing Manager

DXB Perfume is a niche perfume retailer that takes pride in offering exclusive Arabian fragrances. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales/Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our online presence and e-commerce growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Manage advertising campaigns across PPC, display, and social media to drive website traffic and sales.
  • Optimize website and content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM).
  • Lead content creation and distribution across our digital platforms, including the website, blog, and social media.
  • Drive social media engagement to strengthen our brand presence.
  • Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with teams in web development, design, and e-commerce to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Requirements:
  • Proven organizational skills, with a knack for planning and attention to detail, to manage multi-channel marketing projects.
  • Experience as a Marketing Manager or Category Manager, with a strong understanding of how multi-channel marketing campaigns work.
