About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Alexander Lloyd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through effective analysis and change management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis: Utilize your expertise in business analysis and change management tools and techniques to analyze business models, capabilities, value streams, and processes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders involved in strategy formulation and definition of target states, providing analytical expertise to support stakeholders alongside documentation and prioritization of business outcomes and themes and their associated benefits.
  • Communication: Instigate, prepare, facilitate, and lead meetings, workshops, and presentations for a wide range of audiences, showcasing your strong analytical, conceptual, and anticipatory skills.
  • Partnership: Partner with finance teams and other senior-level stakeholders, leveraging your experience and confidence to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Business Analysis: Demonstrable understanding of business analysis and change management tools and techniques, with experience in analyzing business models, capabilities, value streams, and processes.
  • Agile Change Frameworks: Proven experience in Agile change frameworks and iterative business analysis, with a strong understanding of business process management, workflow, and integration methods.
  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical, conceptual, and anticipatory skills, with the ability to work with statistical and information analysis, and a proven track record of working within a technology, FS, or Insurance business.
