Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Project Engineer to join our rapidly expanding projects team. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including programme of works, labour allocation, and supplier liaison.
- Oversee Health & Safety and CDM documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate logistics and shipping of equipment, ensuring timely delivery and installation.
- Attend site meetings and oversee works on site, ensuring projects are completed to the required standard.
- Hand over projects to clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the outcome.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the HVAC industry, preferably in a supervisory or senior engineer role.
- Strong site experience, with the ability to handle multiple contracts and projects.
- Flexible to travel as required, with a full driving licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Competent IT skills, with experience of using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary, ranging from £35,000 to £45,000, depending on experience.
- A company car (hybrid) and possibility of a cash allowance for those with their own car.
- Full company benefits, including 25 days holiday.
