Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Advisory Expert to join our team in London, supporting the development of power advisory globally. As a key member of our structured finance advisory team, you will assist in originating and executing financial advisory assignments for our clients in the power sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in developing new and maintaining existing advisory relationships with key investors in the power sector;
  • Executing advisory assignments jointly with project finance lending teams, comprising developing alternative financing plans, reviewing commercial contracts, and preparing financing term sheets;
  • Cultivating a network of industry contacts, including lawyers, consultants, banks, and rating agencies;
  • Identifying and securing opportunities to cross-sell our bank's products, including M&A, bank loans, risk management, and capital markets;

Requirements

  • 5-9 years' experience in project finance, with a focus on debt advisory and energy infrastructure;
  • Broad knowledge of the energy and infrastructure industries, particularly in multi-sourced financings;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with strong verbal and quantitative analytical skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding time schedules;
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to produce high-quality presentations;
