About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Account Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the reconciliation and settlement of insurer accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory and financial standards.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and manage the reconciliation and settlement process for insurer accounts
  2. Develop and maintain effective relationships with insurers, underwriters, sales teams, and finance stakeholders
  3. Monitor and control petty cash funds, ensuring accurate records and timely reconciliations
  4. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to insurer accounts
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and developments through ongoing training and professional development
Key Qualifications
  1. Proven experience in a finance department with a focus on insurance account management
  2. Strong understanding of insurance broking/IBA accounts processes and regulations
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with various stakeholders
  4. Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and achieving high-quality results
Compensation Package

$75,000 - $95,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in ensuring the smooth operation of our insurance services.
