We are seeking a skilled Family Hub Practitioner to join our team in Bolton. As a Family Hub Practitioner, you will be involved in supporting parent and child sessions to improve language development.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Work in the community to support families
  • Liaise with schools and day care settings
  • Develop and implement programs to improve language development

**Requirements:**

  • Early years experience
  • Qualifications in a relevant field
  • Enhanced DBS and driving license
