Electrical Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee all electrical systems for a high-rise residential apartment project. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills and extensive experience managing electrical works on large-scale construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Lead and coordinate electrical installations, ensuring alignment with design specifications, budgets, and project timelines.
- Health & Safety: Enforce compliance with safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and ensure a safe working environment on-site.
- Procurement: Manage the procurement of electrical materials, ensuring timely delivery and efficient resource use.
- Team Supervision: Supervise the on-site electrical team, including subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality inspections to ensure all electrical work meets required standards and specifications.
- Documentation: Maintain site documentation and provide regular updates on progress, finances, and risks to senior management.
Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in high-rise residential or large commercial developments.
Requirements:- Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field.
- Electrical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, fire safety).
- Certifications: Health and safety certifications such as SMSTS.
