We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Business Development professional to join our Tax Service Line Marketing team at BDO UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a portfolio-focused go-to-market (GTM) strategy that aligns marketing and business development activities with key business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Create and implement a portfolio-focused GTM plan aligned with key business outcomes.
- Advocate for a portfolio-based approach across service lines and influence partners to align with the tax stream marketing strategy.
- Leverage marketing expertise to design and manage campaigns that address client issues and target market segments.
- Develop and launch thought leadership content, including reports, web-based insights, and integrated marketing activities.
- Maintain marketing materials, including credentials, bid materials, and other marketing assets.
- Manage and monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring a strong pipeline of activity and momentum.
- Provide ad-hoc pitch support and conduct bid debriefs to improve on bid performance.
- Support the team to drive and develop the firm's key account management and subsector targeting programmes.
- A strong Marketing and Business Development skill set and commercial approach.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to be flexible, prioritise and reprioritise workload and to delegate where necessary.
- Relevant bachelor's degree required; MBA, CIM) are a plus.
