Job Summary

The successful candidate will work closely with our clinical teams to provide expert advice and support on medication management, ensuring safe and effective use of medicines throughout the hospital. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive pharmacy services, including patient counseling, medication reviews, and discharge planning.
  • Collaborate with consultants, nurses, and other clinicians to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
  • Develop and implement new processes and protocols to improve health outcomes and safety.
  • Work closely with the onsite Prescribing Resident Doctor to optimize patient care.
  • Support the dispensary team as needed, focusing primarily on ward-based patient support.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree-level qualification in pharmacy.
  • Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
