Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the administration and management of contracts for our demolition projects. As a key member of our team, you will ensure that all contractual obligations are met, risks are managed, and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Administration: Develop, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Project Management: Oversee project contracts from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to budget.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to contracts and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and subcontractors, addressing any concerns or issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, approve expenditures, and manage invoicing and payment processes.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any contractual issues that may arise.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
