About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childline Practitioner to join our team. As a Childline Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting young people who contact us for help and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to young people who contact us for help
  • Work closely with a committed and dedicated team to deliver a high-quality service
  • Lead on key on-shift safeguarding decisions and use coaching to maintain and develop the quality of the service
  • Ensure every child and young person receives a high-quality service and provide effective supervision, coaching, feedback, training and support to volunteers
