About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our fast-paced and results-oriented team. As a key member of our software team, you will play a leading role in delivering web (and mobile) applications to our first customers. Your primary responsibilities will include writing high-quality code, managing pull requests, conducting thorough code reviews, developing architectures and technical solutions, and interfacing directly with the CTO and product owner.
Your Day-to-Day Activities
- Write High-Quality Code: You will be responsible for writing clean and maintainable code across our tech stack, including Flutter (Dart), PostgreSQL, Django (Python).
- Manage Pull Requests and Conduct Code Reviews: You will manage pull requests and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure that the code meets our high standards.
- Develop Architectures and Technical Solutions: You will develop architectures and technical solutions to drive the build of robust and scalable web and mobile software.
- Interface with the CTO and Product Owner: You will interface directly with the CTO and product owner to inform technical strategy and translate requirements into actionable technical plans and deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ Years of Full Stack Development Experience: You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development, deploying production-level web and/or mobile applications.
- Clean and Maintainable Code: You must be able to write clean and maintainable code across our tech stack.
- REST API, Database, and Microservice Architecture Design: You must have experience with REST API, database, and microservice architecture design.
- CI/CD Pipelines: You must be able to implement CI/CD pipelines.
- Agile Development Environment: You must be able to effectively deliver within an Agile development environment.

Our Recruitment Process

- Independent Coding Assessment: You will complete an independent coding assessment via HackerRank (~90 minutes).
- Introductory Video Call: You will participate in an introductory video call (15 minutes).
- Coding Assessment Over Video Call: You will complete a coding assessment over video call (40 minutes).
- Online Interview: You will participate in an online interview with the team (30 minutes).
- Final Online Assessment: You will complete a final online assessment (2 hours), which includes a pre-set take-home assignment (~2 hours).
