Emotional Wellbeing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Emotional Wellbeing Manager to join our Phoenix Learning & Care Group team. This role will involve leading a team of Integrated Therapy professionals and providing clinical expertise to support the emotional and mental wellbeing of our pupils.

You will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments and developing tailored therapeutic interventions to meet the needs of our pupils. This may involve working in classrooms, groups, or one-to-one sessions.

In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will also provide training and mentoring to team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to support our pupils effectively.

This is a senior role, requiring a high level of expertise and experience in the field of emotional wellbeing. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the development of our team's practice and influence positive change across the organisation.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a range of benefits, including:
