AI/IA Recruitment Consultant Opportunity

Boston Quantara, a leading AI/IA recruitment firm, is seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join our team. As an AI/IA Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for advertising vacancies, conducting searches, and growing our database of candidates and clients.

We are looking for a professional with excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Advertise vacancies and conduct searches on appropriate websites
  • Keep all records accurate and current on the recruitment database
  • Conduct telephone/face-to-face interviews with candidates
  • Grow the company database of candidates and clients
  • Monitor candidate's performance for future placement with clients
