Job Title: Principal Civil Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Principal Civil Engineer to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our Civils team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of engineers, working on a wide range of infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Work on a variety of infrastructure projects, including highways, drainage, and civil engineering schemes.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and growth plans.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Principal Civil Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience working on infrastructure projects, including highways, drainage, and civil engineering schemes.
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience).
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
